To make: Simply empty the mix into a bowl, pour in cider, add chopped apple, and mix until you have a dough. Place the dough into a buttered loaf tin, pour on melted butter, sprinkle with brown sugar, & bake. No kneading, no proving. It’s that simple!
This mix can also double as a great base for banana bread. Simply add 2 mashed bananas instead of apple. For extra crunch, toss in 50g of walnuts!
