Delicious Chilli Beer Bread, with a crusty top and airy inside, infused with chilli spices and a hint of beer that smells amazing! Fantastic toasted with butter, on a cheese board, or dipped into a bread dipper oil, and sensational as a side kick to tomato soup! It makes a great gift, or a treat for yourself . Perfect for sharing with friends and family.
To make: Just add Beer! Empty the mix into a bowl, pour in your favourite beer, fold until you have a dough, place it into a buttered loaf tin & bake. No kneading, No proving. It’s that simple!
Recipe Tip: – For an even tastier loaf, try adding 100g of chopped cheddar cheese before the beer. Pour melted butter over the top of the dough, grate a little extra cheese on top & finish with a sprinkle of rock salt before baking, and there you go, home-made chilli cheese beer bread.

This fun to make kit is so simple to create and would be ideal for a crowd or barbecue. An original baking mix that achieves a fully risen loaf with a crisp and well developed crust. The inner crumb was moist and light and had a pleasing flavour of deep malty notes finishing with a good balance of chilli.’
