To make the Beer Bread Mixes –

Empty the beer bread mix into a bowl, pour in any beer, mix together, place into a buttered non stick loaf tin, and bake, it’s that simple! Yummy sliced with butter and great toasted. Try tearing chunks of the crusty, freshly home-baked beer bread and dip it into chilli balsamic herby bread dipper oil, delicious, and perfect for sharing. Pro tip for the chilli mix: Try adding 100 grams of Red Leicester cheese to the mix with the beer, and viola, chilli cheese beer bread! Trust me it’s amazing.
