The mix makes two pizza bases, each the size of a standard baking tray. If you only want one pizza base, just freeze the other one – it keeps in the freezer for up to a month.
Simple to make – Pour the mix into a bowl, add olive oil & beer, and mix until you have a dough. Divide the dough in two. Roll out with a rolling pin to shape your pizza base, add toppings & bake. Then scoff the lot.
Pro Tip: Try using a light Italian Beer or lager for a subtle beer flavour, but any beer will be just as tasty.
